'The best way to describe my work is ethereal, emotive, insular, abstract with Renaissance themes throughout. When making my pieces, things happen usually in the moment. The paintings often look different from any idea I will have started with. My proudest moment as an artist would have to be when I became more vulnerable in my work and started painting more genuine, challenging themes. What makes me happy about art is the infinite ways how artists express ideas that are unique to them.'
