I’m a screen printer who loves a super bright colour combination. In the studio I have a box full of different shades of pink (because there's no such thing as too much pink).
Everything starts with drawing and sheets of old carbon paper and ends with a screen print that has at least 10 different layers of colour.
One of my proudest moments was meeting someone at an art fair who told me how much she loved my work just as my dad wandered past (I don’t know if he noticed but I’d like to think he did)! In a very printmaker way I’m happy every time the last colour prints in the right place and makes all the  other colours make sense.
Fun Fact: "All my animals look a bit angry because I live with a very grumpy cat."
