From a new collection of works by the London based multi-disciplinary artist, these digital collages on reclaimed copper plate are focused on representing the essence of Sicily.  

Gina photographs her own painted textures as well as metal, walls, angles and light to create her digital collages 

While being unable to travel during the pandemic, Gina reflected on her time spent in Italy and working from her own reference photographs the results are a collection of prints on photographic papers and copper plate.  These works give a sense of place by representing the shapes, colours and overall essence of the environment.
